SAI | CHE — Distributor Account Guidelines

 

1. Distributor Program Overview

The SAI | CHE Distributor Program is designed for established automotive businesses, retailers, and resellers who align with our brand values and quality standards.

All distributor accounts are application-based and subject to approval. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of SAI | CHE Wash Car Detail Co.

 

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a distributor account, applicants must:

Operate a registered automotive-related business(detail shop, retail store, e-commerce store, or mobile detailing operation)

Provide valid business information and resale credentials (where applicable)

Maintain brand integrity in pricing, presentation, and marketing

Agree not to sell SAI | CHE products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces without written consent

 

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

First Order (Opening Order)

Minimum opening order: $1,000 CAD

Designed to establish a complete, sellable product mix. Opening orders help ensure proper brand representation and product availability

Reorder MOQ

Minimum reorder: $500 CAD

Reorders can be mixed across eligible distributor products

MOQs may be adjusted for international distributors or strategic partners.

 

4. Distributor Pricing Tiers

Distributor pricing is based on annual spend and reviewed periodically. Discounts apply to eligible products only and exclude taxes, shipping, and promotional items.

Tier 1 — Approved Distributor

Spend: $1,000 – $4,999 per annum

Discount: 20% off MSRP

Entry-level distributor pricing. Access to distributor-only products and pack sizes

 

Tier 2 — Volume Distributor

Spend: $5,000 – $9,999 per annum

Discount: 25% off MSRP

Priority inventory allocation. Access to limited releases and bulk formats

 

Tier 3 — Preferred Distributor

Spend: $10,000 - $14,999 per annum

Discount: 30% off MSRP

Best pricing tier. Priority restocks and new product previews

 

Tier 4 — Partner Distributor 

Spend: $15,000 + per annum

Discount: 35% off MSRP

Best pricing tier. Priority restocks and new product previews

Eligible for regional exclusivity (case-by-case)

 

> Tier status is based on cumulative spend and maintained through consistent ordering activity.

 

5. Pricing & Brand Protection

Distributors must adhere to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) where applicable

Excessive discounting or brand misrepresentation may result in account suspension

SAI | CHE reserves the right to revoke distributor pricing at any time for violations.

 

6. Payment Terms

All distributor orders are prepaid. Accepted payment methods are provided at checkout. Credit terms may be extended to long-standing partners on a case-by-case basis.

 

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the distributor. These orders are excluded from free shipping. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Split shipments may occur depending on inventory availability. First order may take additional time during onboarding process. 

 

8. Application & Approval

All distributor accounts require approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
